Amrahlynn's Collectibles offers a limited repair warranty according to the level of service that was provided:
Quartz Watch Overhaul or Repair – 1 year coverage from date of invoice.
Mechanical / Automatic Watch Overhaul or Repair - 1 year coverage from date of invoice. This warranty only covers the parts installed at the time of repair.
Solar / Kinetic Watch Capacitor Replacement – 1 year from date of invoice.
Watch Battery Service
*Quartz Watch Overhauls or Repairs are a separate and extensive service outside of a Watch Battery Service and as such are not covered under a battery warranty.
*Parts Replaced during the service performed on the customers watch are warranted to be free from defects and if found defective will be replaced at no charge to the customer. Damage caused by the defective parts is not covered under any warranty. Parts that are not replaced during service are not warranted. Labor is not warranted.
*Amrahlynn's Collectibles does not create, fabricate, or design parts in any way and therefore cannot guarantee the quality of any part. The parts used are of the highest quality available from the industries best suppliers and manufacturers.
*Water Resistance – We may pressure test a watch if the service is requested. This will verify that the watch passed the ISO standards for before it is returned. We cannot guarantee water resistance after it leaves as we have no control over what might happen once it leaves our storefront.
**Exclusions of Warranty**
The following are not covered under our limited warranty:
**Doing any of the following will void your limited warranty and may severely damage your watch, not even the original manufacturer will warranty your watch in any of these instances:
**Cases Where Full Repair is Not Possible:
There are certain times where, even after everything is properly repaired by our service technician(s), the watch may not be able to be regulated with a high level of accuracy. This is especially true with vintage watches, watches that have been neglected, severely damaged, improperly repaired by another person or service, or have not been properly kept or serviced prior. In this case, Amrahlynn's Collectibles will work to get the best possible results.
*This warranty is only for the original repair service and does not extend past any warranty work performed.
*No further warranty is provided after warranty repair is performed.
*The warranty may vary by specific watch may have restrictions or modifications depending on the watch and its condition. The warranty provided with the watch supersedes the above warranty.

Amrahlynn's Collectibles offers a limited repair warranty for all of our custom sabers for one ( 1 ) full calendar year, 365 days, from the date of purchase or delivery. During this Warranty Period Amrahlynn's Collectibles shall repair, replace parts, and/or completely replace sabers, at our discretion, that prove to be defective as a result of any improper material, defect, and/or workmanship.
Every custom saber is created with certain parts that are intended to wear out with repeated use or within given timeframes such as, but not limited to: dueling blades of various grades and styles, rechargeable batteries, retention screws, and covertec wheels. Normal wear and tear on these items is to be expected and is not a defect.
*Parts Replaced during customization services performed on the customers saber(s) are warranted to be free from defects and if found defective will be replaced at no charge to the customer. Damage caused by the defective parts is not covered under any warranty. Parts that are not replaced during service are not warranted. Labor is not warranted.

*Any and all damages sustained from dueling is not covered under warranty as there is no way to mitigate such activities within any control for the integrity of the saber.
**Doing any of the following will void your limited warranty and may severely damage your saber and its internal parts:
Saber Warranty Services are to be handled directly by our technicians at Amrahlynn's Collectibles where we will determine the problem(s) and the most appropriate solution(s) to correct them as it applies on a situation to situation basis. Any shipping charges that may be incurred for services are solely the responsibility of the warranty holder and must be handled in a timely and appropriate manner to complete resolution.
Amrahlynn's Collectibles will always put our customer's satisfaction above all else and we will go above and beyond to work with you on a proper resolution of any issues should they arise. If you feel that any custom saber products purchased did not live up to the quality you expected, please reach out to us directly to see if anything can be done to assist in rectifying your concerns. We will always continue to assist our customers in any necessary repairs or services needed for their custom sabers even beyond the warranty stated within and we strive to always keep those services as cost effective as possible.
